At iLLUMITUBES, we work hard to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Order weight

    • Package size

    • Shipping destination

    • Selected shipping method

  • Promotional or free shipping offers (if available) will be clearly stated at checkout


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • Estimated delivery times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and location

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


International Shipping

If international shipping is offered, the following applies:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • High-volume order periods

iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the order has shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

We will review the claim and determine a replacement or refund if applicable.


Order Cancellations

No cancellations.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
