Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs
Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, iLLUMITUBES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim where applicable
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the claim and determine a replacement or refund if applicable.
Order Cancellations
No cancellations.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
